WARRANTY INFORMATION
PacNW Tackle assumes no responsiblily for items that are not manufactured by PacNW Tackle. Defective items should be returned directly to the manufacturer under their return policy.
PacNW Tackle provides complete confidence with a Limited Lifetime Warranty for all original registered owners of our PacNW Custom Rods. We will repair or replace any PacNW Custom Rod damaged due to our faulty craftsmanship or manufacturing defect. This Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, theft, defective blanks and components, or abuse. Please be honest about how your rod was damaged. We've broken a few, so we've seen a few. We will work with you to get the lowest cost for the repairs needed as quickly as possible to get you back on the water.
PacNW Defective Craftsmanship Repair Cost:
<1 Year = Customer pays for cost to ship to PacNW Tackle, no charges for replacement components, no charges for repair work
1-3 Years = Customer pays for cost to ship to PacNW Tackle, customer pays for cost of replacement components if needed, no charges for repair work
3+ Years = Customer pays for cost to ship to PacNW Tackle, customer pays for cost of replacement components if needed, customer pays for cost of repair work as needed (re-wrap tip tops and single foot guides $5 ea, double foot guides $8 ea, rebuild handles $50)
PacNW Tackle does not offer any Warranty for the blanks you have chosen for your PacNW Custom Rod. We do not have any control over how the blanks were manufactured. Your blank will come with the original manufacturer's Warranty, if any. However, we will do our best to get you the lowest cost for parts and any rebuilding. There's no way to fix a broken blank section, just rebuild on a new one.
Failed Defective Blank Rebuild Cost:

We understand, accidents happen. Under normal use, defects will show within a year. These rods make great fishing tools and can last a lifetime if taken care of. Please don't take these rods out back and play sword fight with your buddy or upset your significant other. They may "accidentally" slam it in the car door.
Any other rods not built by PacNW Tackle will only come with the original manufacturer's Warranty, if any. PacNW Tackle does not have any control over the quality and how they were manufactured. Please contact the original manufacturer for any questions on their Warranty Policies.
