SHIPPING & RETURNS
DOMESTIC SHIPING RATES
Enjoy free ground shipping on all retail orders of $150 or more shipped in the United States. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout. Standard orders may be shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Ground transit time is typically 4-7 business days but my take longer depending on the carrier. Transit times for Express orders is typically 3-4 days depending on the carrier. PacNW Tackle assumes no responsibility for late or delayed packages. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be dispatched by the most economical means unless requested otherwise.
There are no oversize charges for packages up to 108" total length plus girth. There are several instances where oversize charges may be necessary to complete your shipment. Oversize charges will be assessed once per order based on the largest item and invoiced to you via email before shipping.
Orders that contain items that are backordered/out-of-stock will not ship until the order is completely fulfilled unless it has been requested by you to ship separately at your expense.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
PacNW Tackle personally guarantees that all the items we sell will meet with your personal satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may return the item(s) to us within 30 days for an exchange or refund. An RMA number may be requested by emailing us at contact@pacnwtackle.net or by phone at (425) 239-5040. Please have your invoice number available. Please note the following:
1. PacNW Tackle reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all returns.
2. To obtain the RMA number, please provide us with the invoice and reason for the return.
3. Once you receive a return authorization you may return the unused item(s) along with all accessories within 30 days for exchange or refund. All items must be returned in original packaging and in re-sellable condition.
4. PacNW Tackle will not accept returned items without an RMA number. This number must be posted on the outside of the package.
5. Item(s) being returned must include a copy of your invoice or packing slip. Defective items should be returned directly to the manufacturer under their return policy.
6. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
7. Please allow up to 2 weeks for credit on returned items.
8. Shipping for returned items must be prepaid by the customer.
9. Books, videos, and software sales are final.
10. Special/custom orders may not be returned.
11. Sales on clearance items are final.
12. Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
If the package was damaged in shipping refuse shipment or make sure the driver notes the damage on the delivery ticket. Save all original damaged packaging material and merchandise for the carrier to inspect.
