Placement of an order indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions listed on this page. If you do not see what you're looking for on our website, please feel free to contact us. We will do everything we can to get you what you're looking for.

PacNW Tackle's "SSL Secure Shopping" ensures your credit card is 100% secured when you shop in our website.
PacNW Tackle personally guarantees that all the items we sell will meet with your personal satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may return the item(s) to us within 30 days for an exchange or refund. An RMA number may be requested by emailing us at email@example.com or by phone at (425) 239-5040. Please have your invoice number available. Please note the following:
1. PacNW Tackle reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all returns.
2. To obtain the RMA number, please provide us with the invoice and reason for the return.
3. Once you receive a return authorization, you may return the unused item(s) along with all accessories within 30 days for exchange or refund. All items must be returned in original packaging and in re-sellable condition.
4. PacNW Tackle will not accept returned items without an RMA number. This number must be posted on the outside of the package.
5. Item(s) being returned must include a copy of your invoice or packing slip. Defective items should be returned directly to the manufacturer under their return policy.
6. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
7. Please allow up to 2 weeks for credit on returned items.
8. Shipping for returned items must be prepaid by the customer.
9. Books, videos, and software sales are final.
10. Special/custom orders may not be returned.
If the package was damaged in shipping refuse shipment or make sure the driver notes the damage on the delivery ticket. Save all original damaged packaging material and merchandise for the carrier to inspect.

All sale of closeout and liquidation items are considered final. Returns will not be accepted unless an item has been determined to be defective at our sole discretion.
We do not offer wholesale at this time. We will keep you posted if/when this changes.
